1. Program Deliverables During the 8-week Program, the Coach provides:
Eight (8) 1:1 Coaching Sessions: Approximately [e.g., 60 minutes] each, typically weekly via video call, scheduled by mutual agreement.
Personalized Guidance: A safe space to explore your unique relationship patterns and emotional triggers.
Uncovering Past Influences: Strategies to uncover how your past influences your reactions in relationships.
Mindful Response Building: Support to build mindful strategies to respond with confidence and clarity in your connections.
Empowerment for Deeper Connections: Guidance to cultivate deeper, more genuine connections with yourself and the people you desire in your life, fostering self-assurance and authenticity in love.
Program Materials: Access to digital tools, exercises, and resources to support your journey.
2. Program Duration The Programme lasts eight (8) weeks, starting on the Agreement's signature date.
3. Payment Terms
Total Cost: £1450 GBP.
Payment Options:
Option A: Full Payment: £1450 GBP upon signing.
Option B: Two Instalments: Initial £725 GBP upon signing, second £725 GBP [e.g., at week 4 / before fifth session].
Client is responsible for valid payment method and sufficient funds.
Suspension: Access may be temporarily suspended for overdue payments.
Additional Costs: Client is responsible for any bank fees, exchange rates, taxes, etc.
4. No Guarantees of Outcomes Coaching is collaborative. The Coach provides guidance, but does not guarantee specific relationship outcomes, emotional states, or responses from others, as these depend on Client's active participation and external factors.
5. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable once the Program commences (first session or material access). No refunds for missed sessions. Partial credit for future services may be considered at Coach's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights All Program materials (content, tools, guides, etc.) remain the exclusive IP of the Coach. Client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their personal use within the Program. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited and constitutes breach.
7. Testimonials & Media Release Client grants Coach permission to use testimonials and feedback for promotional purposes across all media. Client may revoke this permission in writing at any time.
8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all shared confidential information private, for Agreement fulfilment only, unless legally required otherwise.
9. Limitation of Liability The Coach's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the Program. The Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will first be attempted amicably; if unresolved, disputes go to courts of England and Wales.
11. Indemnification Client agrees to indemnify Coach against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Client's actions or non-performance related to this Agreement.
12. General Provisions
Assignment: No assignment of rights/obligations without written consent.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
Amendments: Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Entire Agreement: This is the full agreement, superseding prior understandings.
Acceptance and Signature
By electronically signing below, the Client agrees to all terms and authorizes charges for amounts due to Rebecca Nicholls Coaching.
