Terms & Conditions
1. By clicking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" at checkout and submitting payment, you ("Client," "You") agree to be bound by these Online Course Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"), the accompanying Privacy Policy, and the Website Terms of Use. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and Rebecca Nichols Coaching.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this course.
3. The specific course purchased is The Confidence Code
4. The purchase includes 8 weeks of pre-recorded modules, access to the Downloadable workbook & resources.
5. Access to the course portal will be granted within 24 hours of purchase. Access is granted for 6 months or as long as the Company actively maintains and operates the course portal.
6. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the course content, delivery method, or price at any time without notice.
7. The total fee for the course is £285GBP.
8. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
9. The course content, materials, videos, audio, downloads, workbooks, names, logos, techniques, and methodologies are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright.
10. Upon purchase, the Company grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
11. You may not share, sell, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any course content, including sharing your login credentials, with any third party.
12. If the course includes a private community or group calls, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information, discussions, or stories shared by other participants.
13.The Company is a coaching provider.. You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a licensed therapist, medical doctor, financial advisor, or attorney. The content provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
14. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your progress, results, actions, and decisions while participating in the course. You accept that course results are dependent on your personal effort, motivation, and external factors.
15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim related to the course shall be limited to the amount you paid for the course. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
16: The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the course and community, without refund, if you breach any of these T&Cs, including but not limited to sharing content, harassing other members, or failing to make timely payments.
17. Upon termination, your license to use the course materials immediately ceases, and you must cease all use of the content.
18. These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19. Any dispute arising from these T&Cs shall be settled through binding arbitration in Colchester/Essex]
